Simply beautiful original vintage 1940s Peasant Blouse in pale pink viscose crepe or similar.
There is no label of origin but we estimate this to be Hungarian or Eastern European.
Generously hand embroidered in vibrant traditional floral patterns in blue and yellow around the neckline, bust and sleeves.
The sleeves have a gentle balloon shape with hand smocked cuffs and blanket stitched hem.
No fastening but pulls over the head except for a button at the neck.
Small mark on the sleeve and slight wear to the point of the neckline, please see detailed images.
Gently hand washed prior to listing.
