LAYAWAY
We are happy to offer layaway against a 10% non-refundable deposit to reserve with a maximum of three monthly instalments to follow at dates agreed. Your purchases will be shipped within 2 days of us being in receipt of the payment.
You can choose to pay sooner and/or in fewer instalments. But you decide and this can be amended along the way.
Shipping costs and taxes may be added at check out which are out of our control.
Our preferred payment is for the deposit and instalments, except the last one to be paid via Paypal invoicing with the last instalment via Etsy. This is just so as not to confuse the Etsy ordering.
If you prefer, all payments can be done via Etsy on agreed dates and times as the item would need to be a live listing then.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE
Little Viking Vintage is an online vintage lifestyle shop, selling vintage and modern vintage wares for your wardrobe. All payments are securely processed through Stripe and we accept most major credit and debit cards. Your payment will appear as LilliaEmpire Ltd in your statement.
VAT, Taxes and Import Fees
Buyer is responsible for all VAT, import fees, and taxes imposed by your country where applicable.
Standard shipping
All items are carefully packaged and shipped using UK Royal Mail recorded delivery. Items are generally shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment but due to delivery times with the postal service please allow 10 business days for your order to arrive.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship world wide, subject to U.K. Royal Mail postal fees.
RETURNS POLICY
You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of any returning items, including all shipping fees and additional fees e.g. PayPal fees. The garment(s) must be returned in the condition you received them and unworn. They must be sent recorded delivery to:

For all returns within Europe, we are happy to offer refund, exchange or store credit. We operate withing the legal requirements of shipping to Europe.
For all returns outside of Europe, we are happy to Exchange or offer a store credit voucher only.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

BUYING VINTAGE
When purchasing vintage clothing and accessories from Little Viking Vintage, please remember you are purchasing something that is pre-loved and pre-worn and like almost all vintage, will show some signs of wear, unless it is dead stock or virgin vintage (meaning never worn). We do our best to describe every garment to the best of our ability and multiple photos are provided with each listing as well as measurements and any flaws of note. Remember you are purchasing vintage, therefore these items have been previously worn, used, and loved and will show some signs of wear. All items are sold AS-SEEN. When purchasing from Little Viking Vintage you are agreeing to our shop policies and that you have read the full condition of a garment and viewed all the photos available.
SHIPPING POLICY
By placing an order on Little Viking Vintage, you (the buyer) are responsible for all shipping fees, all applicable customs and import fees, and return shipping to Little Viking Vintage in the case of a return or exchange. This also applies to any deliveries refused or uncollected by you at time of delivery.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping for orders shipped in the UK.
For countries within the EU a fixed rate of £10 is applied to each order. For all other countries a fixed rate of £17 is applied to each order.
RETURNING AN ITEM
The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in the condition you received them with the original swing tags attached and unworn, placed in a sealed bag. They must be sent by recorded delivery to:

HOW WE MEASURE OUR GARMENTS
• 1. Shoulders - Measured flat between arm hole seams across shoulders
• 2. Bust - Measured flat from underarm to underarm and doubled
• 3. Sleeve Length - Measured flat from shoulder to hem
• 4. Sleeve Width - Measured flat at hem and doubled
• 5. Waist - Measured flat at narrowest point and doubled
• 6. Hip - Measured flat at widest point below waist and doubled
• 7. Length - Measured flat from shoulder to hem
VINTAGE CONDITION CHART
• Mint - Hardly any signs of wear, looks new. Applies mainly to deadstock or unworn items.
• Excellent - Normal signs of wear expected for age.
• Great - Shows normal signs of wear expected for age with some minor visible damage but will not deter from value.
• Good - Has obvious signs of wear, structurally intact. Damage could be fixed to improve condition.
• Fair - Visible damage but item has enough fashion interest.
