Lovely 1940's "Sports Wear" Style checked Skirt in Red and Green. Fastens with original metal zip at the side and a button on the waist band. Please note the colours are red and green. The camera struggled to pick up the green which has come out in a blu-ish shade. Half lined at the back only.

1940's Skirt in Excellent Condition.

There is no original label but we estimate the material to be wool.
Waist - Measured flat at narrowest point and doubled

Rise - Measured flat from waist to crotch

Hip - Measured flat at widest point below waist and doubled

Length - Measured flat from waist to hem
• Mint - Hardly any signs of wear, looks new. Applies mainly to deadstock or unworn items.

• Excellent - Normal signs of wear expected for age.

• Great - Shows normal signs of wear expected for age with some minor visible damage but will not deter from value.

• Good - Has obvious signs of wear, structurally intact. Damage could be fixed to improve condition.

• Fair - Visible damage but item has enough fashion interest.
