Elegant and Stylish 1940's Evening Dress with sequin embroidered peplum in AP (almost perfect) condition with 3/4 length sleves. The bust and front of the waist is beautifully gathered in small pleats to add shape. The Dress has the original shoulder pads attached and is unlined. Fastens with original metal zip at the back.

1940's Dress is Excellent to Mint Condition (appears unworn)

No original label but we estimate the material to crepe.
• Shoulders - Measured flat between arm hole seams across shoulders

• Bust - Measured flat from underarm to underarm and doubled

• Sleeve Length - Measured flat from shoulder to hem

• Sleeve Width - Measured flat at hem and doubled

• Waist - Measured flat at narrowest point and doubled

• Hip - Measured flat at widest point below waist and doubled

• Length - Measured flat from shoulder to hem
• Mint - Hardly any signs of wear, looks new. Applies mainly to deadstock or unworn items.

• Excellent - Normal signs of wear expected for age.

• Great - Shows normal signs of wear expected for age with some minor visible damage but will not deter from value.

• Good - Has obvious signs of wear, structurally intact. Damage could be fixed to improve condition.

• Fair - Visible damage but item has enough fashion interest.
