Absolutely Stunning Vintage Silk Bodice. We are not quit sure just how old this is but looking at the way it has been made with french stitching, metal press studs and a gentle zig zag we estimate it to late 1940's. RARE! We love this so much that it was one of our garments featured at the Porsche Show for the St Albans's Fashion week 2014.

Description:

Vintage Bodice/Playsuit in Excellent to Mint Condition.
There are no original label but we estimate the material to be silk with polyester lace details.
• Shoulders - Measured flat between arm hole seams across shoulders

• Bust - Measured flat from underarm to underarm and doubled

• Sleeve Length - Measured flat from shoulder to hem

• Sleeve Width - Measured flat at hem and doubled

• Waist - Measured flat at narrowest point and doubled

• Hip - Measured flat at widest point below waist and doubled

• Length - Measured flat from shoulder to hem

Rise - Measured flat at the front from waist to crotch
• Mint - Hardly any signs of wear, looks new. Applies mainly to deadstock or unworn items.

• Excellent - Normal signs of wear expected for age.

• Great - Shows normal signs of wear expected for age with some minor visible damage but will not deter from value.

• Good - Has obvious signs of wear, structurally intact. Damage could be fixed to improve condition.

• Fair - Visible damage but item has enough fashion interest.
